Anonymity
In an effort to protect the identity of reviewers and comments, we do not require any personal information. You have the ability to volunteer your email address if you wish to be informed of further reviews to a specified property, however this is optional.
Contributors to Rent Reviews do not need to be logged in or registered to add reviews and/or comments.
Public Nature of Content Submitted to Rent Reviews
The nature of reviewing is to reach a public audience. Please be aware that any information that you submit to us through forms, including personally identifiable information, may be publicly displayed on Rent Reviews at http://rentreviews.com.au, or on websites not within our control. If you don’t want others to see such information, don’t submit it.
Forms and Content
If you contribute content, such as reviews, or comments to any existing reviews, your contribution will be publicly displayed.
Reviews and comments can be indexed on search engines, or distributed via feeds.
Each time you contribute a review or a comment, it may also send pings or feeds to sites that index or track newly updated property reviews. These sites may publicly display a hyperlink to the review and the time of your review.
IP Addresses and Referrers
We do not publicly display the IP addresses of visitors and contributors to Rent Reviews under any circumstances.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to tailor site content and to format the site and software to user needs, and to generate aggregate statistical reports. Available log records, and all data stored on our servers may be accessed by our system administrators.
