What we don't publish

• We do not display tenant names publicly. All published reviews are anonymous.
• We do not publish lease agreements or any private tenancy documents.
• We do not allow private landlord, agent staff, or neighbour names in reviews.

Your account information

• Email addresses are stored securely and never shared or sold.
• We never display your email or account details next to your reviews.
• You can delete your account and all reviews at any time from your account page.

Reviews are anonymous

When a review is published, only the review content, property details, and ratings are shown. Your identity is not linked to any published content.
