Review Rules
Every review is checked by a human moderator before it appears on the site. Reviews that break these rules will not be published, or will be removed if already live.
Base every review on genuine personal experience
Only review properties you have actually lived in. Second-hand accounts, hearsay, or reviews you were paid to write are not allowed.
Do not name private individuals
Do not include the names of landlords, individual agent staff, neighbours, or other tenants. Agency and property manager business names are fine.
Do not include personal information
Do not include your own contact details, address history, lease details, or any information that could identify another person.
Do not make accusations of criminal conduct
Do not accuse anyone of theft, fraud, assault, or other crimes. Report those to the appropriate authority.
No threats or abusive language
Keep reviews factual and civil. Threats, harassment, slurs, or abusive content will be removed.
