By using Rent Reviews.com.au ("the platform") you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you submit.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have lived in the property you review.
• You must follow the Review Rules.
• You must not attempt to identify anonymous reviewers or contact them off-platform.

2. Review accuracy

Reviews reflect the personal opinion and experience of the reviewer at the time of tenancy. We take reasonable steps to moderate content but do not verify each factual claim. Reviews are not statements from Rent Reviews.com.au.

3. Moderation

We may edit, refuse, or remove any content at our discretion, including for breaches of our Review Rules or applicable law. We may suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly break these terms.

4. Agent and owner responses

Verified agents and owners may submit responses to reviews. Responses are moderated before publication and must remain professional and factual. Personal attacks on tenants or attempts to identify them will result in removal.

5. Platform liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Rent Reviews.com.au excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any review or response.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in an Australian court of competent jurisdiction.
